INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml of fresh cream
  • Meia Chávena de cacau em pó
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 Montiqueijo fresh cheese of 85g

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Mix the cream well with the cocoa powder and ¾ of the powdered sugar, until everything is well incorporated;
  2. Separately beat the fresh cheese well until it is creamy;
  3. Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar and continue to beat;

  5. Put it in small bowls and it's ready to serve!
