INGREDIENTS
- 200ml of fresh cream
- Meia Chávena de cacau em pó
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 Montiqueijo fresh cheese of 85g
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Mix the cream well with the cocoa powder and ¾ of the powdered sugar, until everything is well incorporated;
- Separately beat the fresh cheese well until it is creamy;
- Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar and continue to beat;
- Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar and continue to beat;
- Put it in small bowls and it's ready to serve!
