INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of penne pasta
- 200 g of fresh Montiqueijo cheese
- Cured Cheese Grated Montiqueijo
- 4 broccoli
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Boil the pasta and broccoli, mix everything and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Mix in the fresh cheese cut into triangles.
- Place on an oven tray, place grated cheese on top and place in the oven to brown.
