INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g of penne pasta
  • 200 g of fresh Montiqueijo cheese
  • Cured Cheese Grated Montiqueijo
  • 4 broccoli
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Boil the pasta and broccoli, mix everything and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Mix in the fresh cheese cut into triangles.
  3. Place on an oven tray, place grated cheese on top and place in the oven to brown.
